two kilos of beef shoulder, variety of onions, celery, garden apples, carots, half a Habanero. Meat fried in mustard, pomegranate sauce and oregano. When Brown, then adding 350 ml of a mix of cherry-apple vinegar, soy sauce and and tuscanny olive oil. Then cooked for 5 hours, topped at last with loads of fresh parsley. Adding separately made potato-bread balls & red-wine cooked red cabbage.
