I know it's a far fetched thought, but is there
any way for Minnesota to leave the US of A and f.i. join with Canada? As a German I've no detailed idea about the construction of the US of A, but i do know, that at least f.i. Texas could theoretically leave the US, when a majority of Texans would vote for this. Is that right in principal? How is Minnesotas situation in that context?
