I accidentally deleted an add-on both from /extend/addon/hzaddons as well as /addon.
util/udall did not reinstall said add-on just so.
I tried both
cd extend/addon/hzaddons/
git reset --hard
(thanks @

and manual restoration via ftp to /hzaddons.
In both cases util/udall relinked the add-on to /addon then.
But
upon relinking the hub delivers only blank pages (w/o any source code).
The only way to get a responsive site back then, is to delete (or rename) the restored addon folder.
In my support thread
on framagit:
https://framagit.org/hubzilla/core/-/issues/1783 a possible PHP error was indicated.
But the log shows no indication, other than hanging in a loop, calling the deleted/restored plugin.
