I'd love one of those, then of course stick the usual elements between the strings (like flat Korean steel chopsticks, plexiglass bars, rubber pads, felt etc :) - and then go Post Punk with a decent amp, distortion and slapback echo.

Apropos Zither: Mein Vater hat eine Konzertzither, so ein Erbstück seines Opas im Schrank. ob ich das Ding ihm wohl mal abquatschen soll…?
ich mag ja echt auch diese Alpenländische Volksmusik im Pumuklstyle, ist aber sicher nicht ganz leicht in der Koordination zwischen Griffbrett- und fix gestimmten Saiten… ;-)
