Window sill kale (Grünkohl). This plant is indestructible and incredibly healthy, too. It survived for 3 winters now, turning itself into a bush of sorts. You can cut off a branch and just plug that into some kind of soil: IT WILL GROW AGAIN!
Best (taste) in winter, of course, as it needs a bit of cold to taste more sweet.
But there is more harvest in summer.
