I was looking for an old ARP patch diagram, but this was all I found.

It's the front cover of the complete guide to synthesizers by Devarahi, from 1978. It shows a number of synthesizers from around that time, in a sort of montage. There are things by Moog, Yamaha, Crumar, and I'm not really sure what all.

see if you can find the Wendy Carlos cd box set. In the thorough booklet there’s pictures of how she wrote down her patches for her Moog Modular when she did the Switched On-records.
There is a diagram here, but I’m not sure it represents what’s in the booklet properly:
