I'm glad I use librewolf which has no ToS, but even on Firefox, it seems so blatantly unenforceable that they are just asking for lawsuits like the kind that NYT brought against OpenAI. And Mozzilla's lawyers are clearly not as well-funded as OpenAI's, so they're just asking for one of their competitor AI shitshows to sue them out of existence. Imagine if Google decided to class action them for uses of Google data uploaded by Google employees using Firefox for fun.
