It's a pretty hilarious/surreal film in fact, "Verstrüpp" by Dagmar Weiss und Ansgar Wilken. The team visits
ein Plattdeutsch sprechendes Dorf in Ostfriesland and interviews locals about a fictional art collective, trying to establish a choir of local animals singing at the local church - and a lot more absurdities.
