A lot of new articles for (positive) change don't seem to cause much change. That's quite practical, since they can be reused every year again without a need to write them.
Readers then can feel like "Ah yeah, that would be so nice" again on the same great future prospects, last time, this time and next time. Awesome.
Today's example is a CNN article about prospects of, and market for edible seaweed in US-controlled countries. A lot of other countries eat seaweed since eons, only we just need forever to learn, and get rid of the cotelets, too.
It's a running gag, really.
