It's a pretty hilarious/surreal film in fact, "Verstrüpp" by Dagmar Weiss und Ansgar Wilken. The team visits ein Plattdeutsch sprechendes Dorf in Ostfriesland and interviews locals about a fictional art collective, trying to establish a choir of local animals singing at the local church - and a lot more absurdities. Enjoy

Here's after ten hours of being slow on everything. Befacos's support now cleared a few solder points, all are okay in fact :) The boards are very dense and it isn't always clear, if two solder points almost overlapping are meant to actually make an electrical connection... someone on #Modwiggler said they should change making art on solder boards in favor of clarity of electrical flow - it isn't sooo bad actually.

@jrp Hi! Are you talking about the solder points next to the chip socket at the top right of your picture?

If yes I'm pretty sure you can safely join them. In case of doubt, you can always grab a simple beeping tester, to check if there is already continuity between the rings of the two solder points you guess that could be joint

I haven't listened to modal/droney dark terrorizing folk guitar playing for a long time, most of it seems too clean, too nice. Yet THIS is dirty and dark and almost limitless, a steam locomotive just before the boiler explodes.
No wonder her battled guitar was made by "Waterloo".

Thanks to a hint by @eric st-laurent I'd like to recommend John Kameel Farah + Nick Fraser on "Farahser", a brilliantly brief study on piano, drums and electronics, that goes anywhere between far-translated baroque music (you won't recognize it anymore), (hearing even Olivier Messiaen), "contemporary" jazz, not the kind, where players celebrate themselves rather than music itself. -> "players that thrive in spontaneous settings, but whose main artistic focus lies beyond improvised music as a codified genre."
Very recommended, enjoy.

Xint reported the bug to the Linux kernel security team on 2026-03-23.
Linux kernel security committed a bugfix on 2026-04-01.
Linux kernel security did not tell any of the Linux distribution security teams about the bug or the urgency of the bugfix.
Neither did Xint.
Xint disclosed the bug yesterday, 2026-04-29, along with some handy exploit code.
None of the Linux distros had kernel patches ready, so nearly every Linux system on the planet is vulnerable.

I'm looking at the CVE, and it does say "Score 7.8, Severity High". But the description is so bland, you would never guess what it does:

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of the associated data. There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the source and destination come from different mappings. Get rid of all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the AD directly.

Who would guess that this actually means "An unprivileged local user can write 4 controlled bytes into the page cache of any readable file on a Linux system, and use that to gain root"?
